#7 Huarache con Bisonte
Literally translated “Huarache” (pronounced wah-RAH-che) means “Sandal.” In terms of food it
is a very thick, corn tortilla shaped roughly like a sandal. Bison grilled and marinated in white
wine and spices and topped off with a pasilla and arbol pepper based adobo, nopales, potato,
onion and tomato, all served on top of a huarache. Served with Mexican white rice.
